This weeks group training ride will begin at 12 p.m. at VENT fitness.
VENT is located on Rte. 2 in Latham in the KMart plaza. Please come prepared to ride with a hand towel, water bottle, stiff soled sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips, moisture wicking clothing or athletic attire, and a heart rate monitor if you have one. If you choose to wear some sort of athletic pant, please make sure it tapers at the bottom, no wide leg pants should be worn as they can get caught while pedaling the bike.
This weeks ride will be another endurance ride working between 65-80% MHR, and will be 1 hour 15 min. in duration.
We will be incorporating ride communication again this week during our ride. If you were not here last week, please look over the handout I previously emailed, or go to http://tntupstatenyvtcycling.blogspot.com/p/article.html to view the document on our website. Please make sure you are familiar with the terms used to communicate with each other on the road.
