Group Training Ride - Saturday, Sept. 3

Ride Start Location: Laura's House, 43 Sheffield Rd., Gansevoort, NY 12831
Ride Start Time: Start time is 7 am for ALL riders (you must be ready to ride at 7 am)  
Mileage: 75 miles
Directions: Please use address above with MapQuest, Google Maps, etc.
Terrain: There are a three CAT 5 climbs on this route. 
Notes: 
1) Melissa will be our SAG vehicle for this ride and will be equipped with a first aid kit, water, PowerAid electrolyte powder, nutrition bars and gels if you need it before/after our scheduled rest stops. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages that need to be chilled to be put in the cooler (until full). Len will be our Sweep rider this week.

2) There are 3 Stewart's Rest Stops along the way at miles 23, 43 and 58.

3) Make sure you bring all bike gear needed...HELMETS, bike pump, saddle bags with tools and such to fix a flat, water bottles filled with electrolyte replacement, and nutritional needs. 

4) Post Ride Celebration at Laura's. Bring a swimsuit if you want to jump in the pool after the ride. Laura will have some food and beverages after the ride as well. Thanks Laura!
