Group Training Ride - Saturday, September 10

Ride Start Location: Saratoga State Park, Carlsbad Pavillion, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Ride Start Time: You must be at the park, ready to ride and for a brief team meeting by 8:30 am before the MHCC ride start. The MHCC club will have a short briefing of the ride prior to our start so please make sure you are ready by 8:30 am. This probably means you should be at the park by 8 am. The actual ride will begin around 9 am.
Mileage: 81 miles

Terrain: This ride will be a mix of everything. Some of the ride we rode last week from Laura's.  
Notes: 
1) The first thing you need to do upon arrival is to check in at the Registration Table in the Pavillion.

There is a link with the PDF for the 62 mile route below and you will receive the cue sheet from the MHCC on Saturday upon checking in. 

2) The MHCC ride will have rest stops along the route with snacks and beverages for you. You will have our sag for your own personal things and to drop/get extra clothing from as needed.

3) Laura will be our SAG vehicle for this ride and will be equipped with a first aid kit, water, PowerAid electrolyte powder, nutrition bars and gels if you need it before/after our scheduled rest stops. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages that need to be chilled to be put in the cooler (until full). Dave will be our Sweep rider this week.

4) Make sure you bring all bike gear needed...HELMETS, bike pump, saddle bags with tools and such to fix a flat, water bottles filled with electrolyte replacement, and nutritional needs.
