First Training Session - Feb. 5 - Golds Gym, Latham

Ride Start Location: Golds Gym, Latham NY (in KMart plaza off of Rte. 2)
Ride Start Times: Training information/question & answer session starts at 10:30 am followed by a quick bike set up/fit, and a 1 hour training session. You will need to sign a waiver upon arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get waiver. Entire session should be finished by 12:30 pm.
Notes: Please bring a water bottle, hand towel, cycling shoes that are SPD compatible or stiff soled sneakers, and moisture wicking clothes. If you can, wear cycling shorts or shorts without seams. There are locker rooms you can use after to change/shower.
If you have a heart rate monitor you should bring it with you.

Please let your coach or mentor know if you plan on attending this Saturday's session so we know who to expect.
