Ride Start Time: 11:30 am -12:30 pm
Notes: Please bring a water bottle, hand towel, cycling shoes that are SPD compatible or stiff soled sneakers, and moisture wicking clothes. If you can, wear cycling shorts or shorts without seams. There are locker rooms you can use after to change/shower. If you missed last weeks ride, make sure you see Julie, Melissa, or Kristen to help set your bike up prior to the ride.
If you have a heart rate monitor you should bring it with you.
Please let your coach or mentor know if you plan on attending this Saturday's session so we know who to expect.
