One lonely dandelion in Christian's lawn....this is preposterous!
Coach Len, Aaron and Dave take a little break at the Saratoga Battlefield Rest Stop.
Olya and Dave after the ride.
Dave is happy for the nice plush lawn after the ride.
Coach Laura needed a little neck/back massage after the ride...Brian came to the rescue.
Laura is actually loving this massage, although by the look on her face, you might not know it.
Again, this is why you buy an Element. It's a great stretching tool.
And, more massaging....poor Laura.

Judy started this beautiful day off with our Mission Moment. Here is what Judy had to share with us before we head out on our ride:
My nephew-in-law, Mark, has a very rare form of lymphoma of the brain. He was unable to move one side of his body one morning. A fast-growing mass was found on his brain and emergency surgery was performed to remove it. He was in a coma for several weeks. He is now splitting his time between rehab in a hospital near his home and bi-weekly chemotherapy at Johns Hopkins. The lesions on his brain are getting smaller and he is gradually regaining his ability to walk. Despite the fact that Johns Hopkins is one of the few hospitals equipped to treat this lymphoma, they have treated only one other patient with this type of lymphoma. She survived. We are hopeful. Mark is in his early 50's and has a son graduating from high school this year and another son in college.
