Group Training Ride, Saturday, March 16

After last weekends beautiful temps, I thought we might have a chance to get outdoors this weekend. But, unfortunately, that isn't going to happen. This week we will continue with our group training ride indoors. We will begin at 10 a.m. at VENT fitness. Our ride will be 1 hour and 45 min. long and will continue in our Build Phase of training.
VENT is located on Rte. 2 in Latham in the KMart plaza. Please come prepared to ride with a hand towel, water bottlestiff soled sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips, moisture wicking clothing or athletic attire, and a heart rate monitor if you have one.


REMINDER ON RECOMMITMENT: Recommitment forms are due this week! Please get them to Kristi ASAP – she pushed the date out a little for you to give you more time, but that means there’s now less time for being late. This Friday is a really, really strict deadline, so that we can get you signed up and registered for the event!

MISSION MOMENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Please let me know if you would like to do next weeks mission moment before 5 pm on Thursday, March 14.
