You will find all of your Saturday Group Ride information, other weekday rides available, articles on cycling specific topics, fundraising ideas, nutrition, training tips, bike gear, recipes, and more. Our first indoor training ride will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. at VENT Fitness (formerly Gold's Gym). VENT Fitness is located on Rte. 2 in the KMart Plaza in Latham. Please come prepared to ride with a hand towel, water bottle, stiff soled sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips, moisture wicking clothing or athletic attire, and a heart rate monitor if you have one. We will have a brief meeting to start, and then a 45-min. training ride. If you choose to wear some sort of athletic pant, please make sure it tapers at the bottom, no wide leg pants should be worn as they can get caught while pedaling the bike.
