Group Training Ride — Saturday, March 3

SATURDAY, MARCH 3 RIDE INFORMATION:
Ride Start Location: Golds Gym, Latham NY (in KMart plaza off of Rte. 2)
Ride Start Times: This week we will begin at 10 am with a 1 hour 15/30 min. endurance ride (65-75/80% MHR). We will be working on building your base foundation for the season. Melissa will be leading the ride this week. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get yourself set up and ready to ride by 10 am.
Notes: Please bring a water bottle, hand towel, cycling shoes that are SPD compatible or stiff soled sneakers, and moisture wicking clothes. If you can, wear cycling shorts or shorts without seams. There are locker rooms you can use after to change/shower.
If you have a heart rate monitor you should also bring it with you.

Please let your coach or mentor know if you plan on attending this Saturday's session so we know who to expect.
