Group Training Ride - Sat., March 12 - Golds Gym, Latham
Ride Location: Golds Gym, Latham NY (in KMart plaza off of Rte. 2)
Please bring a water bottle, hand towel, cycling shoes that are SPD compatible or stiff soled
sneakers, and moisture wicking clothes. If you can, wear cycling shorts or shorts without
seams. There are locker rooms you can use after to change/shower. If you have a heart rate
monitor you should bring it with you.
Ride Location: Golds Gym, Latham NY (in KMart plaza off of Rte. 2)
Ride Start Time: 10:30 am -11:45 pm
Notes: We will continue with our base building phase of training with another Endurance Ride.
This weeks ride will be a little longer for a total of an hour and 15 minutes of riding time.
The majority of our ride will still be in the endurance zone (65-80%) with the addition of
adding a little intensity going into our strength zone (75-85%) for a brief portion of the
time working on some hill climbing and transitioning in and out of the saddle.
