Meet and Greet:
Friday, Jan. 31 at 6 pm at NRLA Educational Resource Center, 585 North Greenbush Rd., Rensselaer 12144 (located across from Home Depot and next door to the IVY Spa)
This meeting will be where I will go over the season with anyone in attendance before we begin our first group spin. Topics: Training Schedule, Clinics Available, Fundraising, Training in general, etc. Meet and greet coaches and mentors available.

First Group Training Rides:

The cycling team will not be participating in the team kick off in Saratoga in order to take advantage of this day for training. ONLY current Montauk and/or Tahoe fundraising participants are allowed to these sessions due to the large size of our team this season.

I have created a Google Doc Spreadsheet online which everyone can access and see simultaneously.
- I have included 8 spots to reserve for those who could and/or would rather bring in their actual bikes and their own trainers to ride. You MUST have your own trainer and your own bike for this option.
Please come prepared to ride on Feb. 1! You should wear athletic/cycling attire, wear stiff soled sneakers or cycling shoes fitted with SPD cleats, bring a hand towel, bottle of water, and a heart rate monitor if you have one. If you are wearing athletic pants, please make sure they taper at the bottom. Wide leg yoga pants or similar, can get caught in the bike while pedaling. Please be courteous to your teammates and arrive on time. Since we have two sessions back to back we need to make sure we start on time.
