Ride Start Location: Saratoga Physical Therapy Office in the Urgent Care Center, Malta (2388 Rte. 9, Malta 12020)

Mileage: 36 miles total
Directions:
From South:
Take the Northway (I-87) North to Exit 11. Make right at light at
end of ramp. Go through roundabout taking the Malta Bypass (second exit)
to another roundabout. Take 3rd exit onto Rte. 9 heading North. About a
.5 mile up on the right there will be a big blue sign for the Urgent
Care office. Immediately after that is Knabner Rd. Make left onto
Knabner Rd. and first left into the parking lot. Park in the back as far
as you can go.
From North: Take the Northway (I-87) South to Exit 12. Go through roundabout heading towards Rte. 9. You will go through another roundabout, still head towards Rte. 9, at third roundabout, make a right onto Rte. 9. Go about 1/2 mile to a mile down the road. Make a right hand turn onto Knabner Rd. (Big Blue Urgent Care Sign), and make immediate left into parking lot. Park in the back as far as you can go.

Terrain: Rolling hills with a few hills, one steep climb, and scenic. This course is an out-and-back route.
Notes:
1)There is one Rest Stops at Stewart's at mile 20.
2) Please be courteous to your team mates making sure you arrive ahead of time to pump up tires, etc so that you are ready to roll at 9 a.m. If you get there late, you will most likely will be left behind.

Make sure you bring all bike gear needed...HELMETS, bike pump,
saddle bags with tools and such to fix a flat, water bottles filled
with electrolyte replacement, and nutritional needs.

Mileage: 40 miles total
Directions:
From I-87 (Northway) take exit 11. Go west about 3 miles where road makes sharp left turn at Lakeside Farms. Just past Lakeside Farms turn right on Lundy Lane, a secondary private road. Go 1/2 mile, always taking left forks. House is #63 Lundy Lane, a brown contemporary. Please park in yard on both sides of the road.

ACTIVITIES: Biking, Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Billiards, Steam Bath,Water Skiing, Hot Tub, Bocce Ball, Tubing, Relaxing, Socializing, Kayaking (we have 4, but bring your own watercraft if desired)
PLEASE BRING: A side dish or snack to share & specialty beverages of your choice, Spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, etc. (optional), Change of clothes (three showers and the lake available), Swim suit & towel (bring water shoes unless you are ok in deep water - zebra mussels are sharp) - 10 ft deep with ladder at dock’s end
