Group Training Ride/Party - Saturday, July 30

Ride Start Location: Dick Clark's House; 63 Lundy Lane, Ballston Lake, NY 12019
Ride Start Time: 7:30 am for ALL riders (you must be ready to ride at 7:30 am)  
Mileage: 50 miles total. 
Directions: Please use MapQuest, GPS, or equiv. for directions or directions are on the flyer previously emailed to you.
Terrain: This is scenic with rolling hills and has 2 hill climb challenges.
Notes:  
1) Bring a change of clothes, towel and bathing suit for the lake after the ride if you would like to go swimming and cool off after the ride. Also, the change of clothes if you just plan on hanging out after the ride. 

2) Please park across the street in the open area from Dicks house. 

3) This ride will be Sagged by Andrea and Laura will be our Sweeper. Thanks guys! 
The SAG will be equipped with a first aid kit, Water, PowerAid Electrolyte Powder, Nutrition Bars, Gels and Peanut Butter filled Pretzels. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages that need to be chilled to be put in the cooler (until full). Melissa's and both SAG and Sweep cell numbers are included on the cue sheet if you need either of them.

4) There is 1 Rest Stop at mile 31 (Galway Store, bathroom/SAG) and the SAG will be at various locations throughout the ride but with no bathroom. Those stops include mile 16 and 41, along with others where available to stop safely. 

5) Make sure you bring all bike gear needed...HELMETS, bike pump, saddle bags with tools and such to fix a flat, water bottles filled with electrolyte replacement, and nutritional needs.
