Mileage: 47 miles total.
Directions: Please use MapQuest, GPS, or equiv. for directions.
Terrain: This is a hilly course with some challenges.
Notes:
1) Nutrition Clinic will immediately follow the completion of the ride. Lunch is optional for all participants. See email for flyer of what will be served for lunch. A suggested donation is asked but not required. Please email Amy if you are participating in the Nutrition Clinic and/or the lunch.
NOTE: Please write on a piece of paper before coming Saturday (if possible) ALL the food/beverages you plan on consuming during this training ride. Please write down the Calories, Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat values per serving of each item. Also indicate the amount per serving. (If more than one of the same item, just double your serving size, no need to write it down twice or more.)

2) Bring a change of clothes, towel and bathing suit for the pool after the ride if you would like to go swimming and cool off after the ride.
3) Please park making sure not to block any mailboxes. You must give the mail carrier enough room to get to the mailboxes with her mail truck. Also, make sure you are not parked on peoples lawns, try to stay on the road.

The SAG will be equipped with a first aid kit, Water, PowerAid Electrolyte Powder, Nutrition Bars, Gels and Peanut Butter filled Pretzels. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages that need to be chilled to be put in the cooler (until full). Melissa's and both SAG and Sweep cell numbers are included on the cue sheet if you need either of them.
5) There are 2 Rest Stops at mile 17 (bathroom & SAG) and at mile 29.5 (Bathroom & SAG).
6) Make sure you bring all bike gear needed...HELMETS, bike pump, saddle bags with tools and such to fix a flat, water bottles filled with electrolyte replacement, and nutritional needs.
