Notes:
1) The SAG will be equipped with a first aid kit, water, PowerAid electrolyte powder, and gels. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages that need to be chilled to be put in the cooler (until full). There will be snacks and PB&J sandwiches available. You might want to bring some food of substance if you do not want what is available. If I have time I will bake something special for after the ride.
TNT Alumni Paula will be our volunteer SAG this week. Thanks Paula!
TNT Mentor/Alumni Amy will be our Sweeper this week. Thanks Amy!

2) There are 5 Optional Rest Stops along the way at miles 16 (Stewart's), 35.5 (Stewart's), 49 (Stewart's), 57 & 68 (Battlefield).

3) Make sure you bring all bike gear needed...HELMETS, bike pump, saddle bags with tools and such to fix a flat, etc.. Layer up, remember, more is better, you will be able to ditch anything you need to along the way in the SAG vehicle.

5) This is our last long ride of the season so we will have a potluck picnic at my house following the ride. If you wish, bring something to share. I have room in my fridge for items that need to be refrigerated.
