We will be holding a stretching clinic with Matt O'Neil, PT (Cyclist/Triathlete) on Thursday, August 26 from 6:30-7:30 pm. It will be held at the Saratoga Physical Therapy Office in Malta. You must let Melissa know if you are attending by Friday, August 20. We highly encourage that you attend this clinic. It has a lot to offer to keep you on your bike injury free. If you've been in the past and need a refresher, please join us again. Past participants and alumni are also welcome to join us.
